South County Senior Services’ senior non-emergency medical transportation program can transport seniors to and from their non-emergency medical appointments. Eligible trips include non-emergency medical appointments such as physical therapy, dialysis, chemotherapy, radiation, dentistry, x-rays, prescription pickup and regular physicians’ checkups.
