The Mission Viejo Farmers Market on Friday will feature “Artisan Alley” – showcasing more than a dozen hand-crafted local artisans. You’ll find Chachi Handmade Designs, Beth Kukuk, Doug Turner, Edison Stoneking, Kathi McCollough, Kathleen Kaplan, Mary Johansen, Nevine Moussa, Sally Ojala and the Bears About Town project by Aileen May & Joy Aldrich. (See details about each artisan here.)
In addition to Artisan Alley, patrons will enjoy live entertainment by talented singer/songwriter Niko Dangond and the gourmet Dos Chinos Food Truck. Dos Chinos boasts a marriage of Latin and Asian flavors in dishes like Korean/Mexican barbecue beef and Vietnamese rib-eye asada.
The Mission Viejo Farmers Market is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Friday in the central courtyard at the Mission Viejo Civic Center, 200 Civic Center. For more information, visit cityofmissionviejo.org/farmersmarket.
