Early voting sites have been established for the November 6 general election. Voters will have the opportunity to vote in one of 11 locations throughout Orange County before Election Day. This year, voters can cast their ballots at the Laguna Hills, Rancho Santa Margarita and San Juan Capistrano city halls.
