Students are invited to take part in a free “How to Write a Great SAT® Essay” workshop from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Saddleback Room at City Hall, 200 Civic Center.
The 1.5-hour workshop, sponsored by Kaplan, is designed to teach students the skills necessary to master the SAT Essay. Students should arrive 10 minutes early to check-in. A top Kaplan instructor will examine what students will encounter on test day, cover the four steps to writing a winning essay, and much more. Students should bring a #2 pencil.
