The City is accepting applications for Male and Female Veterans of the Year 2012.
Veterans will be recognized at the City’s annual Veterans celebration on Sunday, November 11. The event is at 2 p.m. at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center.
Applications (up to two pages) will be accepted at City Hall, 200 Civic Center, Mission Viejo, 92691 or by e-mail at recreation@cityofmissionviejo.org through Monday, October 15.
Eligible candidates must live in the City, submit their military experience, and clearly define their service to veterans and military and to the community.
