The class is designed to help kids ages 10-14 of all fitness levels reach their fitness goals. They’ll make new friends and have a blast while getting and staying in shape!
This exciting camp blends circuit training, plyometrics, cardio and resistance training to create a fun, friendly and healthy environment.
The fun-filled classes take place from 3:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. Monday and Wednesday at 25800 Montanoso Drive. Kids are invited to take this ongoing boot camp at any time. It’s free for members and $4 for guests.
