This team of dedicated young players displayed talent, spirit and sportsmanship and has made the City of Mission Viejo proud!
Members of the team include Cole Dietch, Jake Tyler, Will Burns, Alex Weinzimer, Tyler Damato, Chase Christner, William Reichert, Connor Dietch, Reggie Demetre, Austin Blanco, Hunter Snow and Hunter Sablatura. The City also congratulates team manager Jimmy Tyler, Coaches Steve Dietsch, Terry Reichert and CJ Snow and MV Pony president Rob Frias.

We are so proud of you, Mission Viejo Pony team! It is incredible that you have won the Pony League World Series! Thank you for representing your City with talent and heart. As your Coach Jimmy has said, you all played for the name across your heart (Mission Viejo)! You are the best!
You guys played with a lot of heart and picked each other up. What fun to watch and what defense! Congratulations Mission Viejo, World Series Champions 2012.
So proud of you boys and coaches. Very proud of my awesome nephew William!
The city of Mission Viejo should be very proud of these boys. They played their hearts out and cheered the name “Mission Viejo” before and after every game. They truly are the best team in the world for their age group! Let’s watch this group as they compete next year and try to bring another championship banner for the city.
