Girls ages 8-16 will have the chance to learn about soccer from an Olympian and have fun in Julie Foudy’s Soccer Program July 9-12.
The exciting Soccer Camp is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the World Cup/Potocki Center, 27301 La Paz Road.
Foudy is a silver and two-time Olympic gold medalist in soccer. The Hall of Famer graduated from Mission Viejo High School in 1989 and was proclaimed the City’s “Home Town Hero” seven years later.
The soccer program is a unique full-day experience highlighted by teaching and mentoring moments from some of the most successful women soccer players and coaches ever to be involved in the elite levels of the women’s game.

what an amazing opportunity for these young kids it’s always cool to be able to learn from your idol I mean usually its enough for them to be in the presence of someone like this but to be taught by them I can imagine the excitement these kids were having.
