In celebration of Mother’s Day, the public is invited to attend a “Salute to Mothers” Performance on Saturday, May 12 featuring the La Paz Jazz Ensemble at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center, 24932 Veterans Way.
The special performance is from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets are only $5 at the door and are also available by calling 949-470-8488 or 470-3062 on the weekend.
La Paz Intermediate has one of the best intermediate school music programs in Orange County, and the students are consistently awarded top honors at festivals throughout the school year.
Intermission desserts will be provided by “Nothing Bundt Cakes” and the La Paz Music Boosters. All proceeds benefit the La Paz Music Program. Mothers and grandmothers in attendance will receive special recognition. Special guest artists include Adam Alesi, Adam Bravo and others.
