If you are interested in learning how to shoot better photos or how to sew amazing projects, these classes are perfect for you.
The “Shoot Better Digital Photos Workshop” is from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 31 at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center, 24932 Veterans Way.
This hands-on workshop for ages 16 and older will help you explore the potential of your digital camera. You’ll learn how to use your camera’s settings to turn snapshots into high-quality photographs. Registration is also available for the kids and teens “Learning to Sew” class that takes place on Wednesdays from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. March 21 through April 25 at the community center. Students ages 8 and older will learn sewing basics, fabric selection and how to follow a pattern and complete amazing projects in class. All fabric, notions and sewing machines will be supplied.
