Tai Chi Class on Monday and Friday
The Tai Chi Class is the most popular free volunteer-led class at the community center. Students attend to improve their overall health, memory, flexibility and balance. The beginning class is open to new students only twice a year – in January and July. Attend any class in the enrollment months to join.
The advanced class is at 9 a.m., with the beginner class kicking off at 10:30 a.m.
Ready to Quit Tobacco? You Can Do It!
Join Anaheim Regional Medical Center counselors for two 45-minute sessions to find encouragement, understanding and tobacco cessation education through a group-sharing process. A 6-week supply of free patches will be available. The first meeting is at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, January 4, with a second class on January 10.

Language Conversation Cafe
Enjoy the excitement of learning or practicing a foreign language at this wonderful Language Conversation Cafe. This weekly group meets on Mondays from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. beginning Monday, January 9. Facilitated by Elaine Portnoy and Sonia White, the club is for everyone who enjoys speaking another language – whether you are a native speaker or just want to practice another language. Drop-ins are welcome.
If you’re having a bad hair day, nothing seems to be good! Learn about style, color, products, appliances and self maintenance. Instructors and students from Marinello Schools of Beauty will demonstrate the latest and greatest in this free class at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, January 10. Register to be a model.

Easy Beginners Bridge Class
Learn how to play Bridge like a pro in this fun-filled Easy Beginners Bridge class from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesdays January 10 through February 28.
