Mayor Dave Leckness will take residents on an educational yet entertaining tour of Mission Viejo in his 2011 State of the City video on Monday.
Visiting assorted locations and interviewing different people throughout Mission Viejo, Mayor Leckness infuses personality while painting a picture of the strong sense of community that exists here and of the City’s accomplishments, projects and news over this past year. The video will first air during Monday’s City Council meeting, which starts at 6 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 200 Civic Center. (The agenda is available at www.cityofmissionviejo.org.)

Mayor Dave, how cool you have come up with a new and different way to deliver the State of the City speech. I’m looking forward to it. You have done a great job as the Mayor for our city. While council members disagree now an again, they seem to be working better together and I thank you for that. You attend so many events and really talk to residents. Again, you have done a super job as Mayor. THANKS! I’ll be watching Monday night.
