Residents and businesses on Saturday, January 21 will have the opportunity to recycle old computer monitors, televisions, cell phones and more in a free household and business electronic waste recycling drive meant to benefit the environment and Friends of the Mission Viejo Library.
The City of Mission Viejo and the Friends of the Library are teaming up with All Green Electronics Recycling to host the E-waste Recycle Drive from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Mission Viejo Civic Center parking lot at 200 Civic Center.
The event is designed to give residents and businesses the opportunity to properly dispose of E-waste, which includes computers; laptops; monitors; keyboards; copiers; VCR’s; fax machines; cell phones; printers; scanners; hard drives; stereo equipment; cables and cords; shredders; microwaves; and more.
As a community service, All Green Electronics Recycling will make a donation to the Friends of the Library based upon the amount of materials recycled. Information about All Green Electronics Recycling is available at www.allgreenrecycling.com.
