While you’re preparing for Thanksgiving dinner, your child can have fun learning how to build bridges and motorized cars in the Play-Well TEKnologies Engineering LEGO® Camp offered through the City of Mission Viejo.
The class will be held Monday through Wednesday – November 21, 22 and 23 – at Mission Viejo City Hall in the Saddleback Room, 200 Civic Center Drive, Mission Viejo.
Children 5 and 6 years old will learn how to build cities, bridges, cars and more. They’ll explore the creative possibilities of the LEGO® system with the support of a Play-Well Engineer in the 9:00 am-noon camp. The 1:00-4:00 pm LEGO® camp, geared toward kids ages 7-12 years of age, will explore concepts in physics, architecture, mechanical and structural engineering with more than 1,000 pieces of LEGO® material.
This fun and educational camp costs $117 for 3 days. Why not get your kids away from video games and TV during the Thanksgiving recess? To register call (949) 470-8488 and register over the phone with a Visa or MasterCard. For further information visit www.play-well.org.
