Young basketball enthusiasts are invited to register for Mission Viejo Youth Basketball’s winter league for boys and girls in the first through eighth grades.
Registration is available online at www.mvyb.net through Oct. 5. The season includes 10 games, an end-of-season tournament and all-star game. All players must attend a mandatory evaluation on October 8 to be eligible to play on a youth basketball team.
Mission Viejo Youth Basketball, which was established in 1969, is a volunteer-based nonprofit organization that offers competitive basketball opportunities for players in grades 1-12.
