In honor of Fairhaven Memorial Services’ grand opening, 250 people attended a ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday hosted by the Mission Viejo Chamber of Commerce at 27856 Center Drive.
Mayor Dave Leckness was on hand for the ceremony that included a dedication by Pastor Jackson Clelland from Presbyterian Church of the Master and presentations by the Mayor, chamber president Karin Krawiec and local legislative offices. White doves were released after the ribbon was cut and guests toured the facility and sampled wine and hors d’oeuvres.
In other business news, a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25 for Delizie Ristorante & Bar at 25380 Marguerite Parkway. Samples of the fine Italian cuisine will be served. For more information, call 949-855-6866.
