The public is invited to embrace the creative, fascinating work by two local artists at the Norman. P. Murray Community and Senior Center.
The exhibit, featuring the work of Janet Alexander and Edison Crayne, is a potpourri of colorful paintings designed to broaden the public’s visual perception, enhance its knowledge in art and enrich lives.
Janet Alexander has lived in Mission Viejo for 40 years. Her primary medium is watercolor and some mixed media. With an interest in art her entire life, she has been able to pursue her passion more aggressively over the last 15 years and happily shares her work with the community.
Edison Crayne sees beauty all around him in common places and in the midst of nature’s wonders. Through his paintings, he captures the viewer’s eye through a play of light and shadow that can be found even within the clutter of our everyday lives.
The artists’ work will be on display through November 1 at 24932 Veterans Way. For more information, call 949-470-3062.
