Community members are invited to a “Zumba Extreme Party” on Saturday, Sept. 24 that will have them moving and grooving for a great cause.
The Zumba Extreme Party is from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Montanoso Recreation and Fitness Center at 25800 Montanoso Drive.
Multiple instructors will teach this fun-filled fitness class that emphasizes zesty Latin music in an invigorating party-like atmosphere. Cost is $8 and all proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society to help the fight against cancer and support those battling the disease.
All ages and fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to attend this party that benefits participants and a worthy organization.
