The public is invited to enjoy “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” on Sunday, Sept. 18 at City Hall as part of a free movie series sponsored by the City’s Community of Character Committee.
The beloved classic, the first animated feature film in motion picture history and on the American Film Institute’s list of the 100 greatest films of all time, starts at 2 p.m. and highlights September’s character quality of Responsibility. Children are welcome to come dressed as Snow White or any Disney “princess” including Belle, Cinderella, Ariel or any of the 7 dwarfs: Bashful, Doc, Dopey, Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy or Sneezy!
Character educators Elaine Portnoy and Bob Hayes will lead a brief discussion following the film, which will be shown on a theater-size screen with theater-style seating and surround-sound at 200 Civic Center, just across from the Mission Viejo Library.
