The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) began night work Tuesday on the Oso Parkway Bridge over the I-5 Freeway.
The work entails reducing Oso Parkway to one lane in each direction at the I-5 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly for two weeks. This is the final stage of construction necessary to complete the improvements to the bridges over the freeway and railroad as part of the $14 million interchange-improvement project.
