Restaurateur Dan Lauriano and his son, Brandon, will host a grand opening of Rockin’ B’s Burrito Bandito at the Kaleidoscope on Saturday, May 7.
The event is from noon to 4 p.m. in the entertainment center’s courtyard at 27441 Crown Valley Parkway. Mayor Dave Leckness and Council Member Trish Kelley will take part in a ceremonial ribbon cutting at 3:30 p.m.
Guests will enjoy free samples of the eatery’s authentic Mexican fare. Rockin’ B’s Burrito Bandito, which features handmade tortillas, carne asada, carnitas and more, is located on the center’s upper level at 27441 Crown Valley Parkway.
Lauriano and his family also own The Derby and Riptide Rockin’ Sushi and Teppan Grill in Kaleidoscope.
