Authorities are seeking an armed man who robbed the Shell Gas station on Jeronimo and fled on foot early this morning.
The suspect is described as a 30 to 35-year-old Hispanic, 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall and weighing around 210 pounds. He was wearing a white long-sleeve plaid jacket with a solid grey hood, beige shorts and white shoes.
The incident happened at 12:39 a.m. when the man walked into the gas station on Jeronimo and Los Alisos and demanded in Spanish that the clerk give him money within 30 seconds or else he would shoot him with a handgun he had in his waistband. The suspect fled with $100 and was last seen on foot heading east toward Jeronimo and Peter Hartman Way.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Investigator T. Bramwell at 949-425-1935 or the Orange County Sheriff’s Department watch commander at 714-628-7170.
