Patrick Hanifin, dubbed Saint Patrick for his squeaky clean image, will take center stage in a special show on Wednesday, April 6 to help fight cancer.
The show kicks off at 8 p.m. at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center, 24932 Veterans Way. Doors open at 7 p.m.
Patrick, who started out as a pro surfer and surf shop owner, has won the Central Coast Comedy Competition and the Hollywood Laugh Factory’s Comedy Competition and has been a finalist for the past two years straight in the Los Angeles Comedy Competition and Orange County’s Funniest Comedian Competition. His TV performances include “Evening at the Improv”; “Best of Stand Up Comics Take a Stand”; and “Comic Strip Live.”
When he’s not performing at clubs in Los Angeles and Orange County, he’s performing on the cruise lines or sharing about the days he surfed the really big one, his website says.
Tickets are $5 for the event that will benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Orange County/Inland Empire Chapter.
Tickets are only available at the door, but reservations are appreciated. Please e-mail laughrsvp@gmail.com with the number in your party.
