Nominations for outstanding businesses and community leaders are being sought by the South Orange County Regional Chamber of Commerce for recognition at its 20th Annual Regional Cities Ball April 15 at the Laguna Cliffs Resort and Spa in Dana Point.
The event, which starts at 6:30 p.m., will recognize businesses and business leaders making a positive impact. To nominate a business or a business leader for one of six awards, visit www.socchambers.com/ to download the award nomination form.
The categories include Business of the Year (over 25; under 25 employees); Leading the Way to Recovery; Business Innovation Award; Advocate of the Year and “Going Green.”
Nominations are due by 5 p.m. March 15 at South Orange County Regional Chamber of Commerce, 24031 El Toro Road, Suite 300, Laguna Hills, CA 92653. In other news, the City has again partnered with SCORE, America’s Counselors for Small Business, the Employment Development Department (EDD) and the Orange County Small Business Development Center to host small business workshops at City Hall, 200 Civic Center.
