Digital Photography with Art Ramirez
If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to become a better photographer, now’s your chance.
Instructor Art Ramirez is teaching a digital photography class that teach participants the basics and much more from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mondays starting Jan. 10.
The class, which runs through Feb. 14, cost $10 per class or $40 for all five sessions.

Personal Safety and Earthquakes
Community members are invited to attend an educational class on Jan. 12 that will teach folks how to be better prepared for an emergency.
The free “Personal Safety and Earthquakes” class is from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Participants will learn the latest on projected local earthquake frequency from the American Red Cross and the importance of personal/household safety to maintain independence.

Improve Your Bridge Game
Interested in brushing up on your Bridge skills? Then, reserve your spot now in a fun-filled series that kicks off on Jan. 13.
The 6-session course takes place from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. through Feb. 17.
Cost is $30 for the series and early registration is suggested as class size is limited.

Cupcakes Fondant
Residents with a passion for cupcake decorating are invited to sign up for the Cupcake Fondant class that takes place with instructor Jennifer Jensen on Saturday, Jan. 15.
The class, which is from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., will focus on decorating cupcakes using fondant – an icing-like substance used to decorate or sculpt pastries. It is open to all ages with parent participation required for kids ages 3 to 6. Participants should bring one dozen cupcakes without icing.
Cost is $29 per person plus a $10 lab fee payable to the instructor.
