Registration is available for the Saddleback Valley YMCA’s winter break multi-sports camp for kids ages 3 to 12.
Local youth can learn how to play basketball, soccer, t-ball, flag football, dodge ball and other sports at the Mission Viejo facility located at 27341 Trabuco Circle. The camp takes place from Dec. 27-30.
Registration is also available for winter sports programs – soccer, basketball and racquetball – that kick off just after the new year. Soccer, which takes place in a new arena, is open to youth ages 3 to 12. A new basketball court will host games for kids ages 6 to 13 and racquetball is available for youngsters who are 6 to 17 years old. The first 25 participants signed up for soccer or basketball will receive a $10 coupon to a local sporting goods store.
