The public is invited to help Mission Viejo honor World War II veterans in a riveting encore presentation by the Mission Viejo Saddleback Elks Lodge, Veterans Committee on Nov. 30.
To accommodate busy schedules, the presentation will take place at 2 p.m. and again at 7 p.m. at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center, 24932 Veterans Way.
Leo Hazell of the Elks Veterans Committee narrates the video presentation – an encore to an impactful Nov. 9 program – that recaps key events and statistics of World War II and touches on the vast contributions of local WWII veterans.
Audience members will be mesmerized by the program and talented third grade choir that will give a musical tribute to those who have bravely served our country. The presentation will end with a special veterans’ recognition and group photo.
