Take a Retro Road Trip from Mission Viejo to El Segundo’s Automobile Driving Museum, West Hollywood’s infamous Mel’s Diner and LA’s $40 million Petersen Automotive Museum in a fun-filled Nov. 16 excursion offered through the City’s Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center.
The adventure begins with a tour of the premier South Bay destination for car enthusiasts, followed by lunch at the iconic ’50s-style diner and a final stop at the fascinating automotive museum in Los Angeles.
The Automobile Driving Museum boasts more than 130 classic, vintage and antique automobiles on display. At Mel’s Diner, patrons will dine on delectable comfort food while reminiscing about days’ pasts. The final stop of the trip at the Peterson Automotive Museum is sure to impress, as the museum encompasses more than 300,000 square feet with awesome exhibits and more than 150 rare and classic cars, trucks and motorcycles.
Guests will depart from the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center at 8:45 a.m. and return around 6:00 p.m. The center is at 24932 Veterans Way.
