Paving was completed on La Paz Road between Chrisanta and Marguerite and on Marguerite Parkway between La Paz and Trabuco this week, as part of the City’s ongoing road rehabilitation project meant to improve and extend the life of City streets. The final stretch of Marguerite Parkway, between La Paz and Via Angelina, will be paved tonight.
Road work was also completed on Marguerite Parkway between Crown Valley Parkway and Venado, with the final coat of striping scheduled for next week.
The Residential Resurfacing Project also continued this week with another 21 streets paved – bringing the total of revamped streets thus far to 56. Ultimately, more than 150 streets will be resurfaced mainly in the area north of Alicia and Trabuco and west of Marguerite.
The City continues to update its “Project Alert” link at www.cityofmissionviejo.org with information and project schedules.

Is Via San Fernando on the list for repaving in the future? My husband rides a bike on the street and said it is full of cracks.
