Community members are invited to a car wash on Saturday, August 28 that will benefit Mission Viejo’s adopted troops.
The event, hosted by the City’s Marines and Sailors Adoption Committee, is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Mission Viejo Civic Center parking lot, 200 Civic Center.
The public will have the chance to buy T-shirts, caps and military coins while their cars are being washed by the City’s adopted Marines and Sailors. The Mission Viejo Activities Committee will serve up pancakes and bacon in the morning and hamburgers and hotdogs in the afternoon. Proceeds will support the City’s adopted troops.
