Several new stores and restaurants will be setting up shop at the Shops at Mission Viejo this fall.

Fashion retailer H&M opens for business on November 4, with construction to begin this month, making the Shops their sixth Orange County location. The existing Old Navy space will be divided in half, with H&M occupying the first level space closest to the Aveda store and adjacent to the center court area.

Living Textiles has selected the Shops at Mission Viejo as the site of its first retail location in the United States. Established in Australia in 1963, Living Textiles specializes in everything needed for a baby nursery, including linens, clothing, gifts, children’s décor and furniture. Living Textiles Baby will open November 20 in the former Mercer space on the lower level between Nordstrom and Talbots. For more information, visit www.livingtextiles.com

Vitamin World will be opening its doors at the Shops in early October. The nutritional supplement retailer will be located on the first level, near Macy’s and Zales.

Three new restaurants are to soon to be serving at the Shops at Mission Viejo. Crepes de Paris plans to open the week of August 25 on the first level, near Nordstrom at the southeastern entrance to the mall, with a menu featuring sweet and savory crepes. Charlie’s Grilled Subs, serving Philly cheese steak, deli subs, salads and more, is set for a mid-September opening in the Dining Veranda. Chick Pita will also be opening this fall in the Dining Veranda, featuring a wide variety of Mediterranean menu options.
