Bravo Burgers is expected to open by the end of October in a 2,686-square-foot restaurant space in Commerce Center at 27200 La Paz Road, under a plan the Planning and Transportation Commission approved on July 12.
Bravo Burgers is a family-style restaurant with several locations throughout the southland, including San Juan Capistrano, Pomona, Adelanto and Moreno Valley.
Boasting indoor and outdoor seating, the eatery will complement the pedestrian style of life where people can sit and gather over breakfast, lunch or dinner. According to Lake Forest-based JBA Architects, the building’s architecture will take some inspiration from the Mission Viejo Library and Civic Center. Awnings and shutters are expected to bring some “down home” charm to the restaurant, which will serve beer and wine along with an extensive menu.

I was wondering what the status of the new Bravo Burger on La Paz is. The building underwent some demolition several weeks ago and nothing else has happened. Now, there are several open walls and the place is an eyesore.
Bravo Burger was issued a demolition permit which they are currently operating under and their project architect is currently finishing up corrections on their construction plans so that the City can issue them a building permit.
