Second Ralph’s Grocery Store Renovation Underway
The Ralph’s Grocery Store located at 27730 Santa Margarita Parkway is being renovated. The $800,000 project includes new shelving, racks, tables, flooring, service deli cases, frozen food cases, new check stands, lighting, decor and a new meat service counter. The planter boxes out front are being demolished now and will be replaced as part of this improvement project. The grand re-opening of this Ralph’s Grocery store is scheduled for May 5.
Saatchi Jewelry Opens Another in MV
Farid Saatchi opened the second Mission Viejo location (the 12th in Orange County) this month at 25472 Marguerite Parkway, near Trader Joe’s. This family owned and operated business spans 10 generations of the Saatchi family and offers watch/jewelry repair services, engraving, appraisals, and they buy/sell gold, diamonds, watches, jewelry and antiques. The original location at 24501 Marguerite Parkway opened two years ago. This business is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
Fast Frame Business Retained in Mission Viejo
After 21 years at 23691 Via Linda, owner Connie Belmont has decided to move the Fast Frame business to a new location at 25800 Jeronimo Road, Suite 703. The new Fast Frame location is just north of Alicia Parkway, between Las Golondrinas and Frazee Paint. A Grand Re-Opening/Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. April 14. Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Einstein Bros. Bagels
The City of Mission Viejo will join representatives from Einstein Bros. Bagels at a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 10 a.m. April 5 to celebrate the grand opening of the Einstein Bros. Bagels shop at 27695 Santa Margarita Parkway. Coffee, bagels and sandwich samples will be served. The first 100 customers in line on March 29, the shop’s first day of business, will receive coupons for one free bagel sandwich every week for one year. Einstein Bros. Bagels will be open from 5 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday; 6 am to 4 pm Saturdays, and from 6 am to 3pm Sundays.
Buffalo Wild Wings in Kaleidoscope
Buffalo Wild Wings Grill and Bar is preparing for the restaurant’s grand opening in Kaleidoscope during the week of April 12. The owners have invested $1.5 million in tenant improvements for this new 7,500-square foot restaurant that is located upstairs in the former El Torito Grill space. The opening of Buffalo Wild Wings in Mission Viejo will create 120-140 new jobs in the community and generate additional sales tax revenue for the City. There are more than 650 Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants in 41 states.
TK Burgers Open for Breakfast
Breakfast is now available at TK Burgers Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to noon and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. TK Burgers is located at 24903 Chrisanta Drive.
