If you are looking for an enjoyable night grooving to the music of America’s roots or delighting in the talents of a world- renowned guitar guru, you’re in luck. The City of Mission Viejo will host two distinctive programs on Saturday, March 27 that cater to folks of all ages and musical tastes.
Lord of the Strings presents Laurence Juber is at 7 p.m. in Council Chamber at City Hall, 200 Civic Center.
A two-time Grammy award-winning artist, Laurence was a member of Paul McCartney’s Wings and is known worldwide as a guitar virtuoso. He has released more than a dozen critically acclaimed solo CDs.

Music aficionados of all types are in for a treat when the Connections Chamber Music Series visits Mission Viejo.
Connections Chamber Music Series is at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center, 24932 Veterans Way.
Connections Chamber Music series is a bold joint venture between composer Matthew Tommasini and the California Quartet. Visitors to the community center will enjoy exploring “American Roots and Rhythms” and will celebrate a collection of American idols.
