A flautist and harpist presented by the Pacific Symphony will enchant visitors who attend the City’s Tea at Three event on Sunday, March 28.
The Tea is $3 and includes tea sandwiches and dessert. It begins at 3 p.m. with advance reservations. The concert follows at 3:30 p.m. There is no charge for the concert.
