A special performance by world-renowned musician Dr. Martin Taylor on Saturday, March 13 has been canceled thanks to an unexpected Visa delay in the UK, where Taylor hails from.
Taylor, who is recognized as the world’s foremost exponent of solo jazz guitar playing, was set to play at 7 p.m. in the Mission Viejo Council Chamber.
