The Kaleidoscope on Crown Valley is up for sale. Grubb and Ellis will handle the on-site leasing (Terrison Quinn) and sale (Dixie Walker) of the entertainment center located at 27741 Crown Valley Parkway. More than 4,000 qualified investors were notified about the center’s sale. Proposals were due yesterday.

Surfin’ Donuts Coffee House
Mission Viejo’s Surfin’ Donuts and Coffee House will open at 26861 Trabuco Road (and Alicia Parkway) on March 1. Its sister store in San Clemente was voted “Best Donut” for three years straight. The shop also serves Diedrich’s coffee.
Pacific Water Solutions
Pacific Water Solutions, a water purification company, has expanded its successful, eco-friendly business in San Clemente and is now open in the Portola Plaza at 27764 Santa Margarita Parkway. The company specializes in residential and commercial water filtration and purification systems and soft water systems. Pacific Water Solutions offers free in-home water testing for total dissolved solids and hardness.
Shopping Center Renovations Underway
Renovations are underway at the Ralph’s Shopping Center located at La Paz Road and Marguerite Parkway. The store completed $1.75 million interior improvements last fall. Exterior improvements include improved ADA access, an enclosed cart corral, enhanced landscaping and improved signage.
ARCO Gas Station Project
New fuel pumps and a 24-hour am/pm convenience store are proposed for the existing ARCO gas station located at 25122 Marguerite Parkway at La Paz Road. The Planning and Transportation Commission on Feb. 22 will consider the project.
Commercial Site for Sale
The property located at 25112 Marguerite Parkway (north of La Paz Road) is for sale at $1.5 million. The 14,260-square-foot site has a 3,307-square-foot building that is occupied by Miss Meme’s Preschool/Day Care Center. Joe Tringale of Alterra is representing the seller.
Tarbell Moving to Plaza del Lago
A 3,700-square-foot space at Plaza del Lago, Marguerite Parkway has been leased to Tarbell Realtors. The 3-year lease is for the space formerly occupied by the Little Gym. Tarbell Realtors, founded in 1926, is California’s largest family owned real estate company.
