The City Council on Monday, Feb. 15 will officially certify the results of the Feb. 2 special/recall election in which Mayor Lance MacLean was unseated and voters selected Dave Leckness to take his seat.
Leckness will be officially sworn in and council members will select a new Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem.
The City Council normally meets the first and third Monday of the month in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 200 Civic Center. The council’s agenda is available online at www.cityofmissionviejo.org.
