The public is invited to attend a special performance by a national “fingerstyle” guitar champion on Saturday, Feb. 20.
Lord of the Strings presents Chris Proctor is at 7 p.m. in Council Chamber at City Hall, 200 Civic Center.
A former U.S. National Fingerstyle Guitar Champion, Chris will blend stunning arrangements and original compositions drawn from folk, bluegrass, blues, jazz, Celtic rock and much more.
