Mission Viejo will be home to a new eatery specializing in the cuisine of the sea and other delicacies. The Fish House will open this spring at 26051 La Paz Road.
Palang, LLC signed a 5-year agreement today to lease 1,400 square feet of space in the new La Paz Gateway located at La Paz Road and Muirlands Drive. The menu will reflect the tastes of the owner’s son, who works as the assistant executive chef at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach.
Tenant improvements start soon, and the restaurant is expected to open in April.
