Northbound I-5 loop on-ramp at Oso Parkway closes for three weeks Oct. 13
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close the northbound loop onramp from eastbound Oso Parkway to northbound I-5 in the City of Mission Viejo for three weeks starting Oct. 13.
