The public is invited to take advantage of an informative spinal symposium on Saturday, Sept. 26 that includes a free scoliosis screening and information about back pain.
The Scoliosis Association of Orange County will host the spinal screening from 9 a.m. to noon, followed by a panel discussion from 2 to 5 p.m.
The Scoliosis Association is a non-profit, volunteer non-medical organization that has been helping people with scoliosis since 1974 by providing information and having support groups and information lines.
Saturday’s event, led by a professional panel, is designed to address spinal disorders and back pain issues.
The symposium takes place at the City’s Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center, 24932 Veterans Way.
