On August 20 at approximately 7:50 p.m., a male suspect walked into the Bailey Banks and Biddle Jewelry Store in the Shops at Mission Viejo. After looking at several watches, the suspect asked to see an 18K white gold Cartier Roadster SM men’s watch with 83 mounted diamonds. The value of the watch is estimated at $33,000.00.

After the sales associate pulled the watch from the display case, the suspect snatched the watch out of the employee’s grasp and ran out of the store. The suspect is described as a well-dressed, African-American male, 30-40 years old, 5’6”-5’7”, with black short hair, brown eyes, and wearing a white, long sleeve dress shirt, khaki dress pants, and eye glasses. The suspect also has a mole on his left cheek. The stolen watch bears serial number 2723114280mx.
