The Mission Viejo Nadadores, known world-wide for a commitment to excellence in the sport of swimming, is offering “The Stroke Club” – a class designed for teens and adults to foster their development in the process of learning to execute proper technique for all four strokes.
The class has gained popularity since the Nadadores began offering it last September.
According to the Nadadores, the reasons for joining the club are endless: It includes swimmers who’ve never submerged their heads in the water before taking the class and are now swimming entire laps of freestyle and breaststroke across the 25-yard pool. Other swimmers find the club useful in learning to swim for exercise. And still others are using the club as a spring board for future professional swimming careers.
The Nadadores are committed to seeing every athlete succeed – from toddlers in Swim School taking their first leap into the water to a 95-year-old Masters Swimmer setting new world records in his age group, the organization prides itself on providing a place for people to progress toward their personal swimming goals.
As a team, the Nadadores boast 20 Olympic medals, 22 World Records, 91 American Records, 47 National Team Titles and 148 National Champions.
