The public on Saturday, Jan. 31 is invited to attend a special encore performance by two musicians whose latest CD “Force of Nature” has been nominated for a Grammy Award.
Lord of the Strings presents Ledward Kaapana and Mike Kaawa takes place at 7 p.m. at Mission Viejo’s Civic Center, 200 Civic Center.
With Kaapana on guitar and Kaawa playing the Ukulele while both captivate audiences with distinct vocal expression, the performers are a “Force of Nature.”
Known as the living “grandmaster” of the Slack Key Guitar genre, Kaapana plays effortlessly with a contagious joy. Kaawa has brightened up some of Hawaii’s most popular stages with his heartfelt expression.
