The City has installed new lighting poles and fixtures at the Montanoso and Sierra Recreation and Fitness Centers, replacing 40-year-old lighting in an effort to improve visibility at the tennis courts and reduce City costs.
The new lighting system, which is more energy efficient, will use fewer poles and fixtures, improve play visibility and will reduce the City’s energy usage and costs.
Adjustments to the lighting fixtures are currently underway to maximize full lighting potential for the courts.
