The City’s “A Visit with Santa” events were a huge hit – attracting more than 500 visitors to the Dec. 5-6 holiday events that were held in the new Sycamore Room at the Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center, 24932 Veterans Way.
Community members embraced the holiday spirit in the beautifully decorated rooms while enjoying tasty fare, fun crafts and some personal time with jolly ole St. Nick.
“The children were all smiles, especially when sitting at Santa’s feet in front of the fireplace, listening to him read “The Night Before Christmas” story,” said Community Services Supervisor Barbara Cassidy.
