When the clock strikes midnight on Wednesday, the City will officially begin handling animal services for the City of Aliso Viejo. The agreement, which the cities approved earlier this year to begin Jan. 1, includes Aliso Viejo transferring its animal care services from Orange County to Mission Viejo, joining Laguna Niguel as a contract city.
