The Mission Viejo Library is sponsoring the Heart Gallery photo exhibit meant to promote the need for foster and adoptive families for children in Orange County.
The Heart Gallery, which was created in an effort to find homes for children in the public-welfare system, features museum-quality portrait photos of children of all ages who are in foster care. Right now, there are more than 2,700 foster children in the Orange County Social Services system.
For information about how to become a foster or adoptive parent, visit www.oc4kids.com, or call 888-871-5437.
The Heart Gallery exhibit will be on display at the Mission Viejo Library, 100 Civic Center, until Oct. 31.
