Library use is on the rise, number of Mission Viejo card holders beats the national average

Patron use at the Mission Viejo Library increased by 11 percent during Fiscal Year 2007/08, and roughly 73 percent of all Mission Viejo residents now have library cards – beating out the national average of 57 percent.
